Epcon Communities, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is the 40th largest builder in the nation and preeminent developer and builder of ranch-style condominium communities. In response to the fundamental demographic and cultural changes transforming our society, particularly the maturing of America’s baby boomers, founders Phillip Fankhauser and Edward Bacome began building single-story condominiums in 1986.

Each of the four floor plans provide an array of design and construction features, and a lifestyle which appeals specifically to pre-retirees, retirees, rising young executives and single again buyers. In addition, each neighborhood enhances a carefree lifestyle with an on-site clubhouse that features a fitness center, community room and swimming pool.
